I hava always wanted to write - and luck - or misfortune led me to buy the Trade Magazine Havbruk - which I ran for 20 years. It had its ups and downs - but it was fun, gave great exposure and a series of tools which I now use on the internet.

For HAVBRUK - our way of getting around - was by boat. Travelling by sail was inexpensive and environmentally sound. Aboard we carried what we needed for telling the story. We published 12 issues a year - with english summeries.

The weather was not always the best - and the work had to be done.
FSalmo farming ignited the imagenation of the public - and it es an esthetic fish. What the industry produced - was gourmet food.
The magazine HAVBRUK covered all themes "from egg to fork" - which also led to the presentation of seaffo to the public - and then to print their reactions. Here launching deep fired smoked salmon - and my daughter on stand at a wupermarket.
